We charge your card on the 1st of every month, and ship around the 10th of the month. You need to order by the 1st of the month to receive that month’s date. If you miss the deadline (by signing up on the 2nd or later) your subscription will start the following month. Need to make changes to your account? I definitely thought it could be better for my first box. Was just a little disappointed.

Used to be a great service

We used this service for a couple years and it was amazing. We had paused our subscription during the pandemic, and when we restarted they had changed payment systems and we had to start as new customers. With that in mind, we received a repeat box, which was rather disappointing, but I can understand how it happened. I tried getting a hold of customer service via email and via Facebook messenger to no avail- until about maybe month or so later when one of the owners reached out to me directly and profusely apologized and sent us a new box. However, after that, we never received another box, our subscription got cancelled?? And once again I’ve been reaching out to customer service via email and Facebook to set us up without sending the “welcome box” to us again. It is September 22’, this was Back in July. I’ve given up. It is such a shame, they really had such a great service with these boxes, as kitschy as they are sometimes, we looked forward to it every month. It’s a shame they weren’t able to keep up with service standards.
If they ever get there stuff together, I’d be happy to be a customer again.

Missing and no contact

We only received 2 of 3 boxes from the 3 month subscription. Also asked to have the auto renewal canceled and was told it would be before February 15th. They never canceled and have sent several emails with no response. Horrible customer service. Not worth the hassle.

Great date box!

I loved this date box! There was a great game and a cool artsy project, too. Plus, fancy, yummy cookies I had never seen before and drink mixers. I would highly recommend this date box service :) I look forward to receiving mine all month long.
